About The Role

As the Showroom and Local Marketing Co-ordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our showroom, local and recruitment marketing activity, helping to strengthen our brand, drive customer engagement and attract the right talent. You’ll be regularly involved in new showroom openings across the UK, so a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
 
  • Support showroom and local marketing activity, including openings, launches and refits. Coordinate POS, showroom activations and marketing toolkits in line with brand guidelines.
  •  Support local PR, advertising, community engagement and partnerships to drive awareness and footfall.
  • Support agency relationships, marketing budgets and campaign performance reporting.
  • Support showroom set-ups, ensuring POS, samples, labelling and collateral are accurately installed.
  • Support recruitment marketing and employer brand activity across key platforms, including content planning and performance reporting.
  • Full UK driving licence with willingness to travel regularly, including occasional weekends and out-of-hours working.
You must comply with all Health & Safety policies, procedures, and responsibilities outlined within the Integrated Management System.

About You

Desired Skills and Knowledge:
 
  • Marketing or communications experience, ideally within retail or a multi-site environment.
  • Understanding of campaigns, POS, in-store and local marketing.
  • Awareness of digital and recruitment marketing channels.
  • Strong organisation and time-management skills.
  • Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with basic reporting and performance data.
  • Strong attention to detail and brand awareness.
  • Proactive, adaptable and comfortable with regular travel.
