As a HR Assistant at Wren, you will be a key member of the Head Office and Transport HR team. The team pride themselves in the provision and delivery of a high quality and business aligned HR service. You'll be an integral part of team, supporting both the HR Advisors and yet adopting a case load and projects of your own.
This position will be based at our Head Office at Barton-upon-Humber. It's a FTC for 6 months

Main Responsibilities:
- Support and provision of an operationally excellent HR support and responsible for smooth and effective workflows
- Maintenance and interrogation of HR systems and databases
- Under the guidance of the HR Advisors, provision of comprehensive written and verbal
- Employee Relations advice covering a broad spectrum of cases, including long term sick and occupational health
- Creation and distribution of weekly/monthly reports within the team
- Supporting and partnering with the wider People team with key HR programs and projects
- Provision of administrative support including case note taking duties for HR Advisors & HRBPs when required
- Maintaining, updating relevant paperwork and other ad hoc HR duties
